Your estimate is a preliminary planning range using the client’s installed base rates before HST. A site assessment confirms the roof measurements, included scope and final written price. Package upgrades are quoted separately.
Can I adjust the roof measurement?
Yes. Check the highlighted roof and adjust its outline, or enter an approximate building footprint. Public imagery can be dated and measurements remain preliminary until checked on site.
